Our family of 6, including little ones in car seats, got stranded on the side of 81 after dark on a Friday. These guys were there so fast and towed the truck all the way back home to MD for an extremely reasonable fee. Even took us to the only rental place that was open and had a minivan so we could drive back home the same night. It scares me to think what could have happened if not for their kindness and generosity. I will never forget Chad and the team for coming to the rescue. You guys are real heroes!

This young man was extremely kind, courteous, and professional with a tire blowout late Saturday evening and was graciously also the one who came Sunday morning to tow to tire place after donut proved to be insufficient as well. Great job and great representation of a wonderful company.

Mark the Manager, stayed on the phone with me until the tow truck arrived. He kept me calm, in a bad situation. He is excellent at his job and very informative.

Robert, was polite, courteous and efficient! He even allowed me to sit in his truck to warm up, while he loaded my car. I was surprised how quickly he was able to load my car on the truck bed.

Mick picked up my daughters car from the scene of an accident, he was very caring, professional and personable! He checked to make sure she was okay (which the man that hit her didn't even do!) He also helped us when we were at the lot to clean out the car. I HIGHLY recommend Mitchell's, request Mick if you can!

I have used Mitchell's for my roadside needs two or three times. They are VERY prompt, are ALWAYS so kind, and provide overall excellent customer service. The dispatchers have always been very helpful, too! When my insurance company informed me Mitchell's would be the company arriving, it made my day instantly better!
