Today I called for towing and Mitchells was dispatched THANK GOD because they were fast, reliable, courteous, and being as though At that point I was frustrated these two guys made the rest of this evening better by just being kind. They were able to determine that my belt had broken. And they dropped me back off at home. They even helped park my car. They deserve 10 stars. Thank you guy's

Devin came out to my job to put a spare on my Jeep after I had unfortunately picked up a screw. In no time he was at my job, very quickly put my spare on, was super nice and got me on my way. Defiantly recommend Mitchell's Towing and Recovery!!!!

Caught in an unusual situation where my car was sitting on the ground and no room to get the jack back under it. Have called before and just like before, they came and jacked up my car and put the tire back on. Truly a blessing.

Quick service. I called Mitchell’s towing today because they had 4 stars. I am leaving 5 starts. Gavin showed up within minutes of my call. Polite and friendly. He went out of his way to help out and I appreciate it! I would definitely recommend Mitchell’s towing and Gavin.

I had taken my nephew to Ferrum college 5 hours away from home where my tire went flat and no spare around 5pm where everything seemed to be closed. Jake came and towed are car gave us a ride and went above and beyond to stay with us at the tire shop to make sure we weren't taken advantage of. Then leaving the tire shop we had to call Jake back again as the car overheated. He was not a mechanic, he didn't have to come back and help us but he did. He came and looked under the hood found the problem a d even offered to fix it. Though O'Reilly didn't have the part he put a temporary fix on for me to be able to get me back home safely. I will forever be grateful to Jake. I would give Mitchell's towing my business any day over any other towing service. Who needs Jake from state farm when you have Jake from Mitchell's! Thanks a million!

I needed my vehicle towed to get it worked and Douglas was very helpful and went the extra mile to assist me. I would definitely use him again if I needed a tow again.
