The best thing though, was that the guy was really personable and nice. It was an early morning call, so we probably made him leave home early. Thanks for the great service.

I was broken down with a dead battery downtown Lynchburg. Had tried to jump the car with no luck. Put in a service request through my insurance and they sent out Mark with Mitchell’s Towing. He called to give an update on the ETA and I really appreciated that. When he arrived he didn’t just jump out and start hooking my car up, he actually listened to the problem. He offered to try his jump pack to see if that’d work. Sure enough it started my car and saved me the tow fee! He was very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend! Thanks again.
